Vitamark International Blows the Top off Network Marketing Pay Plans

Just when I thought it couldn't be better to be a member of Success Team Builders and a distributor in Vitamark International, they not only blew my mind, but they just blew the top off Network Marketing.

To understand the impact of the events announced in Dallas, Texas, on March 28, 2009, you need to understand the significance of the 5 Pillars, Pillar #1 is KEY to the whole thing.

Pillar 1: Does the company management have personal experience building their own networking organization? Have they done it with Integrity?

Vitamark was created in 2002 by distributors, for distributors. At the helm are: Tom "Big Al" Schreiter, David Bertrand, and Jana Mitchum. Now granted you may not be as familiar with the others as you are with Tom "Big Al", a Legend in the Network Marketing Training industry. However, everyone one of these individuals HAVE Network Marketing experience, not just corporate or Fortune 500 gurus. They've been in the trenches.

So, experience in the field, MOST definitely. With integrity? Most definitely.

Some have said Vitamark is not going anywhere, it's a sleeper, no growth, it will sink, but let's look at what's really been happening since they opened their doors.

1. Instead of building or buying a HUGE office center, they leased an area in an existing building. Why is this important? It's called 'lower overhead', streamlining the Corporate flow.

Pillar 2: Has the company passed the "early failure" Time Line? Are the company's Products timed with the beginning of a massive trend of consumer demand?

2. (Pillar #2)Whereas there is normally a HUGE pre-launch rush, get it NOW, get in at the TOP, get in before it becomes too big to make any money.... NOT Vitamark's philosophy. Build steadily, get the warehouses well tuned, make sure products can be distributed economically and reliably, make sure the distributor checks are sent out on time. Get ALL the bugs worked out FIRST.

Pillar 3: Does the company have a Remarkable product at a reasonable price?

3. (Pillar #3) The goal of the products: to provide the highest quality nutritional products at value driven, reasonable fair market prices.

Pillar 4: Does the Compensation Plan Pay Part-Timers?

(Pillar #4) As the company has grown, they haven't changed Corporate locations, haven't gotten a bigger building, more office space, tons of customer service reps, fancy cars. No - with the growing profit in the Company, they've given the distributors PAY increases.

So, what happened Saturday March 28, 2009, seven years after Vitamark began? Instead of raising the Bar, which really means keep as much profit in Corporate for Executive pay raises, fancy cars, desks, private jets, gold fixtures in the bathrooms, give the top 5% guys more money and take it away from the part-timers, Vitamark lowered the bar.

They enhanced the compensation plan, yet again, making it even easier for even the part-time person to create that check, making it easier for even the part-time person to move up through the levels from Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Ambassador, to Presidential, making it easier for EVERYONE.

Can other Network Marketing companies copy what Vitamark is doing? NO! Why not? Plainly stated: Greed and ego. Those fancy buildings, cars, jets, vacations, 'buying' heavy hitters, celebrity endorsements, those things cost money. That money's got to come from somewhere - THE PROFT- OFF the BACKS and out of the pockets of 95% of the distributors (the ones who are doing the work but aren't making a check anyway!)

The ONLY companies that WILL be able to do what Vitamark has done will be the ones still to come and that will only happen from the heart of the creators, the ones who care more about their field reps than their own personal 'position' or 'status'. The older established companies will NEVER be able to compete and stockholders of the publicly traded Network Marketing companies will NEVER allow it.

Is today the time to get into Vitamark? Because of the streamlined business model, because of the integrity of the leaders of this great company, because of the excellent products, because of the compensation plan, because of the incredible team work, today is as good as tomorrow, but tomorrow is good too.

It's no longer a matter of: is Vitamark ready for YOU... it's are you ready for Vitamark? Are you ready to be treated with integrity? Are you ready to create that additional income from home? Are you ready to join a company that will pay you for your efforts, your children and your children's children for years and years and years to come?

Pillar 5: Does your Mentor offer a System for Success that will work for You?

(Pillar #5) Just follow the proven duplicatable system. Do the work right, do it once and collect the check, over and over and over again.

Am I proud to be a part of Vitamark International? You bet I am. Am I proud to be a part of Success Team Builders? You bet I am. Do I see it getting even better? I'm not sure WHAT they could do to make it better than they just did, but you can bet I do!
